Got home from a nice long ride to Key West for Peterson's Yearly Poker Run. The run stated at Peterson's HD in Miami. A friend rode with my from Leesburg to Tampa where we met up with my Brother. From Tampa we rode to Naples and crashed for the night at a good buddy's house. Friday we left Naples bound for Miami via RT.41 with five bikes, four guts and one girl on a Honda.

We made it to Peterson's at 10am and signed up for the Poker Run. Got on the Turnpike to head for US 1. Now the fun starts, my Brothers 02 Classic with 14,000 miles on it broke down. Tried to get it back on the rode but the battery was dead. We waited for about 2 1/2 hours for AAA to get there with a flat bed to tow it back to Peterson's. Surprise Surprise, the Tow Truck Driver spoke NO ENGLISH!!!!!

The remaining for of us continued on the Poker Run. Tom's Bike was fixed by 5 pm, the Stator. batter and Starter Solenoid where bad. Peterson's price was very good and a lot cheaper than Crystal River wanted to do my Stator. Unfortunately, Tom's work had a major problem with a vessel drifting off of the Eastern Shore of VA so he headed back home to Tampa.

The rest of the trip was very enjoyable and a good time was had by all.

A Friend will Bail You Out of Jail, but a Good Friend Will be Sitting Next To You Saying Damn That Was Fun
