For those who have been around the area for any length of time you willl always remember a local institution, Uncle Tom's Whisky Bar. Well, it has changed ownership and changed names. It is now known as the Umatilla Tavern. It is not as biker friendly as it once was but let me tell you one thing, their food is excellent. Midge, Bill Evans and I rode to The Pirate's Pub yesterday and decided to see the new changes at the Umatilla Tavern. We were hungry so we all ordered lunch. The food came to us quickly and was excellent. They have daily specials at a good price and offer $1.00 drafts until 3:00pm, every day. They are closed Sundays. If you want a great lunch or dinner stop in to the Umatilla Tavern.
