Narrative: A Missing Child Alert has been issued for Emma Dooley who was last seen in the area of King Arthur Court and Watson Road in St. Augustine Florida. Emma was last seen wearing a tee shirt with the #13 on it, short shorts, and is barefoot. She has a heart shaped scar on her upper left leg and a scar on her forehead. According to law enforcement, video surveillance indicates Emma was last seen at 2:34 a.m.
